Do I need a Yoto account?
Yes. MYO Magic works alongside your existing Yoto account and Make-Your-Own cards — just sign in securely with Yoto to get started.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new member gets a full month free, with access to every feature. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged.
Already enjoyed a free trial? If you choose to sign up again, your subscription will begin immediately and you'll be charged at signup.
Can I do the free trial and then just pay for the months I use?
Not directly on the same signup — the free trial only applies to the recurring plans. Do the free trial on the Monthly plan, and if you decide to continue, cancel before you're charged again. Whenever you want another month after that, buy the $3 one-time 30-day pass separately — no subscription, no auto-renewal, and you can buy it again whenever you need it.
What does it cost after the trial?

What's the Chrome extension?
MYO Magic started as a free Chrome extension and is still available (for free). It shares some of the same features as the web app, but it can only be used on a computer in a Chrome browser. Get it from the Chrome Web Store.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely! I never want anyone to feel stuck with a subscription they're no longer happy with or don't find useful. You can cancel anytime, and you won't be charged again.
To cancel:
On mobile, open the menu. On desktop, click the Settings icon. Select Membership, scroll to the bottom, and click Cancel membership. That's it!

How do I get a refund?
No worries! If you forgot to cancel your membership or MYO Magic just isn't working for you anymore, reach out through the contact form or email me at carissa@yotomyomagic.com.
I'm happy to issue a refund—no questions asked. While payment processors do charge me a fee to process refunds, I'd much rather cover that cost myself than have you pay for something you're no longer using or that didn't meet your expectations. I will never keep a payment that you don't feel good about.
What if I want to revoke access to my Yoto account?
You can learn more about third-party apps and your data in Yoto's help center. To remove authorization, Yoto asks that you contact their team directly at developers@yotoplay.com.
You can also reach me any time through the contact page and I'll delete your data from my system. MYO Magic never performs any action you didn't start, and you can revoke access whenever you like.
